food cold after waiting for delivery over 1 and a half hours late.......dont take any notice of the ETA for delivery ....shocking not the 1st time the delivery has been over an hour late

Ordered food tonight and never have a problem, but tonight order was later than expected. When it arrived the food was warm gave them the benefit of the doubt thinking they’ve just been extra busy, managed to eat half of the mixed wrap and now regretting it. Stomach cramps are terrible!!! Undercooked pizza dough unfortunately. Chicken curry somehow had absolutely no flavour and the two potatoes in the fish fritter were completely raw. Never had food this bad for a long time and unfortunately won't be returning

Lovely food, although one lot of chips slightly cold as they had been standing in heater while they finished preparing order. Ordered online without hassle and didn't wait to long for order to be ready when went to collect it. Staff apologised for the wait. This was okay as they were very busy doing online orders

Pizza was only warm when it arrived about 20minutes late and the chicken kebab was hot ? not much chicken and the seasoning was more Italian than a chicken seasoning not much salad as it was only cabbage no pickled cabbage only thing that was decent was the chips even the pitta bread was hard
